Terms of Service & Software License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "Customer") and A2Z Services LLC ("Company"), governing your use of the corporate website https://a2zservices.llc and the Trading-App-Pro software-as-a-service platform (https://tap.a2zservices.llc).
2. Nature of Service (Non-Custodial Software Only)
A2Z Services LLC provides cloud-based charting, technical indicator computation, quantitative risk-sizing calculators, and user-authorized API software tools. A2Z Services LLC is NOT a broker-dealer, registered investment advisor (RIA), financial planner, bank, or money transmitter. Nothing in our software, AI summaries, or daily email digests constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any financial decision you make in your own external brokerage account.
3. Accounts, Eligibility & Security
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Authentication is managed securely via Clerk, and third-party API credentials (such as SnapTrade or Alpaca keys) are encrypted using AES-256 encryption. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Subscriptions, Free Trials & Stripe Billing
Access to Trading-App-Pro is offered at a flat rate of $49.00 USD per month (Pro Turnkey Plan), with a 30-day free trial available for new accounts. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring monthly billing until you cancel in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability & Market Risk Disclosure
Trading equities, ETFs, and financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. Past performance or simulated backtest results do not guarantee future results. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable United States law, A2Z Services LLC shall not be liable for any trading losses, market losses, or indirect damages arising from your use of the software.
