1. Information We Collect

When you register or subscribe to services operated by A2Z Services LLC (https://a2zservices.llc and https://tap.a2zservices.llc), we collect:

• Account Identity Data: Your name, email address, and authentication identifiers managed via Clerk.
• Billing Metadata: Subscription status, Stripe Customer ID, and plan tier processed via Stripe, Inc. (A2Z Services LLC never stores raw credit/debit card numbers on its servers; all card data is handled directly by Stripe PCI-DSS Level 1 infrastructure).
• Application Configuration Data: Your selected Watchlist symbols, risk-guardrail percentages, language/theme preferences, and AES-256 encrypted API tokens.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly to authenticate your account, deliver the Trading-App-Pro software service, send transactional emails (such as verification codes, subscription receipts, and your daily market-day AI executive report), and provide customer support.

3. Data Encryption & Third-Party Processors

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We utilize industry-leading infrastructure providers solely to operate the service: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payment processing), SnapTrade / Alpaca (user-authorized brokerage APIs), and Supabase (encrypted database storage).

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You may disconnect any external brokerage API in 1 click inside the application or request complete deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing email@a2zservices.llc.
